Children’s Ticket

All children ages two (2) and under may attend a Redskins game free of charge with a lap pass in lieu of an issued ticket. Lap passes are available at all entrance gates on the day of the game. The child must be present to receive a pass. Children age three (3) and over must have an admission ticket.

Gates Open

Stadium gates for Redskins games open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. For all other events, gate opening times will vary

Will Call Information

The Will Call Windows at FedExField are provided as a service for Washington Redskins Season Ticket Holders. A $50 fee per envelope must be paid by all non-season ticket holders seeking to leave tickets for pick-up at the FedExField Ticket Office. Season ticket holders must present their account number and a valid photo I.D. to drop off tickets licensed to their account without incurring the charge.

Elevators

Elevators are located at the Sprint Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) for the convenience of Loge, Suite, Owner’s Club, and disabled Guests.

Escalators

The Club Level escalators, located at Section 101 and Section 122, are available to Guests with a Club, Field Club, Loge, Suite or Owner’s Club ticket. An escalator which accesses the Upper Level only is located between the Sprint Gate (Gate A) and Gate B at Section 106 for the convenience of our Upper Level Guests and can be accessed either via the concourse or the turnstiles at Gate A. The Upper Level escalator drops Guests off at Section 412.

First Aid Stations

First Aid stations are located at the elevator towers at Sections 103 and 125 on the Lower Level, on the Club Level at Sections 303 and 324, and the Upper Level at Sections 403 and 430.

Prohibited Items

You may not bring the following items into Stadium:

  • Bags, including: backpacks, gym bags, duffel bags, packages, briefcases, large purses, etc.
  • Food and beverages of any kind
  • Umbrellas
  • Bottles, jugs, thermoses, cans, coolers, or any other container
  • Animals (except for certified guide dogs assisting disabled guests)
  • Whistles, horns and other noise makers
  • Weapons, firearms
  • Illegal drugs
  • Folding chairs
  • Leaflets or distribution of any literature

Tailgating Information

Tailgating involves the use of grills, coolers, chairs, tables or other devices that could inhibit pedestrian passage or vehicular access. Activities that do not use any additional space beyond your parking space are permitted.Tailgating is permitted in all parking lots at FedExField. Use of more than one parking spot for tailgating is permitted only in designated areas. Fans who wish to tailgate in more than one parking space will be directed to the back of parking lots, where they will be allowed to occupy additional spaces until required for additional vehicles. Fans who wish to tailgate within a single parking spot will be directed to the front of parking lots.Parking lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff. Port-o-lets are provided throughout the parking lots.

In order for all guests to enjoy the tailgating experience, we ask that fans follow these guidelines:

  • Use of an empty parking space for tailgating is permitted only in designated areas and until such time as the space is needed to park other vehicles.
  • Use of an empty parking space for tailgating is not permitted in the Platinum Lots.
  • When parking, park your car in one space only and between the white lines.
  • Parking permits are to be used for cars only, not for additional tailgating space or storage.
  • Be considerate of other guests’ vehicles.
  • For the safety of all guests and for emergency vehicle access, please keep all aisles clear.
  • Dispose of all trash in proper receptacles.
  • Prior to entering FedExField, please extinguish all flames and grills. Ash dumpsters are available throughout the lots for your convenience. Do not place a hot grill in or under any vehicle.
